The Project Manager at CC Land Surveyors, Inc. performs managerial duties and responsibilities associated with complex, non-routine, large scale, single discipline, medium size or multi-discipline projects. The Project Manager supervises the administrative staff, the technical staff, and the field staff.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by a Project
Manager to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Project Manager frequently walks, sits, uses hands to finger, handle or feel; regularly stands and reaches with hands and arms; and occasionally climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls, tastes and smells. The Project Manager occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision requirements are close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), and depth perception (three-dimensional vision), ability to judge distances and spatial relationships.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Project Manager encounters while performing the essential duties of this position. The Project Manager occasionally will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The Project Manager is frequently exposed to moderate noise due to computers, typewriters, plotters, etc. which are encountered in the technical and/or administrative areas.
