The Office Manager at CC Land Surveyors, Inc. coordinates and maintains a smooth flow of operations between departments. The position must be able to work under pressure, be a self-starter & finisher, and capable of multi-tasking. A good rapport with people is essential. Knowledge of basic accounting is also essential. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- One year administrative/clerical certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Type 50 WPM.
- Proficient with various software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook.

Requirements

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Intermediate mathematical skills including the abilities to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and other common units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Current/Valid Georgia Drivers License
